Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026

This policy explains how First To One handles personal information when you use the game, website, purchases, marketplace, advertising and support.

1. Contact

First To One is an Australian sole trader business operating under ABN 38 700 547 034.

Privacy enquiries: one@firsttoone.com. Business mailing address: Suite 2577, 85 Burt St, Boulder WA 6432, Australia.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account details such as your email address, username and profile information; game activity such as numbers, rankings, trades and marketplace activity; purchase and transaction records; messages you send to support; reports you submit about another profile; records of Terms/Privacy acceptance; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

For reliability and security, we may record limited diagnostic information when the website encounters an error, such as the error message, technical stack information, page path, browser/user-agent information, an opaque session identifier and, when signed in, your account identifier. First To One's first-party client error log is intended for troubleshooting and is automatically pruned after approximately 30 days.

We also use cookies, local storage or similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, security, service operation and, where advertising is enabled, ad delivery, measurement and consent choices.

3. Payments

Payments may be handled directly by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers. We may receive transaction status, provider reference numbers and other limited information needed to operate purchases, refunds, disputes and, when enabled, Exact Number Auction authorisations and captures.

4. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, operate the game and marketplace, process purchases, provide support, review user reports, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, send service messages, maintain records, improve the service and meet legal or provider requirements.

5. Sharing

We may share information with providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, databases, email, security, payments, analytics and advertising. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

6. Advertising, cookies and consent

When advertising is enabled, third-party advertising vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, limit how often ads are shown, detect invalid traffic or fraud, and personalise ads where permitted by law and your consent choices.

Google may use advertising cookies to help serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google’s partner-sites information page and manage ad personalisation at Google Ads Settings.

Where required, First To One will present consent controls before using advertising technologies that require consent. Choosing non-personalised ads does not necessarily remove all cookies or similar technologies because some may still be used for functions such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting, security and fraud prevention.

7. Reports, moderation and safety

If you report another profile, we store the reported account, report reason, optional details, your account as the reporter and review status so the report can be assessed and abuse of the reporting system can be limited. Reports are not displayed publicly and the reported user is not shown the reporter’s identity through the product.

8. Overseas processing and retention

Some providers may process information outside Australia. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for account operation, security, support, disputes, accounting and legal requirements. Some transaction, moderation or security records may need to remain after an account closes.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including account authentication, access controls, request throttling and provider security features. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Access, correction and deletion

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Account deletion can be requested through available account controls or support.

Email requests to one@firsttoone.com. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your account.

11. Australian privacy rights

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply to you under law.

12. Changes and complaints

We may update this policy as First To One changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here.

If you have a privacy concern, contact one@firsttoone.com so we can investigate.
