What to include

To help us investigate quickly, include your First To One username, the email address on your account, what happened, and any relevant date, amount or transaction reference.

Do not email your password, full card number or security codes.

Payment or refund issue

If a number pack was not delivered, an Exact Number Auction payment looks wrong, or you were charged incorrectly, email us with your username, the approximate date and amount, and any payment reference shown in the app. See our Refund Policy for more information. Do not send your full card number.

Account and privacy requests

For account access, account deletion, personal-information access or correction, email one@firsttoone.com. We may need to confirm the request relates to your account before making changes.

Security

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly and change your password. Include the word “SECURITY” in the email subject where possible.
